FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long will my order take?
As soon as we are aware of your complete order we will start making it! This process can take up to 2 weeks depending on the order size. It may take longer if we need to order in more materials.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Adelaide, SA and surrounding regions. We do not normally use postal services unless we really can not get to you by personal delivery!

Delivery is $10 or enjoy free pickup/delivery from Croydon Park or Mount Barker.
What wax do you use?
We use all natural soy wax and cotton wicks. Our wax is paraffin free, kosher certified and 100% vegan.
Do you refill different candle jars?
For the time being we only refill our own. This is to ensure your candle burns as we expect it to. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

We can refill different diffusers that are not our own brand. That one is easy!
My candle is tunnelling or the flame is too high..
Be sure to follow candle care guidelines. Trim your wick if the flame is burning out of control. Different fragrances and environmental factors may change a candles burn. The very first burn should always be at least 1 hour to ensure the melt pool reaches the edges of the candle jar. Maximum burn time is 4 hours.
Are wax melts worth it?
With electric burners now days you can scent your home flame free. Wax melts also have a stronger scents throw and can be increased depending on how much wax you decide to put in your melter.
